About Us
Linda Whittington brings over 35 years of government service experience in intelligence; logistics; and command, control, communications, computers, intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance (C4ISR).
Ms. Whittington has focused on the Small Business Innovation Research (SBIR) Program since 1975. As a SBIR Program Manager at two Navy System Commands for over two decades, she is uniquely qualified to develop SBIR strategies and solutions for her clients. She has received numerous awards for her management and innovative execution of the SBIR Program, including the SPAWAR Lightening Bolt Award, the DoD SBIR Program Manager’s Award and the Tibbetts Award.
A frequent lecturer at state and national venues, she speaks of her passion for small business and the SBIR Program. Indeed, her passion for small companies and the innovation they bring to the U.S. technology base was the catalyst for her consultancy as she transitioned from federal service.
Ms. Whittington is a member of the National Defense Industrial Association (NDIA) and Women in Defense (WID).
